QUESTION

How our system works?

We will invite you to TRELLO. You will be able to add as many requests as you want and then choose the one you want us to work on actively. You will have access to a personal Drive space to receive your final product and give approvals.

How many hours per week do I get?

We work based on deliverables, not hours, and we prioritize premium quality and budget over speed. Our clients don't care how long something takes; they care that it's delivered within the agreed timeline, with the quality and budget they expect.

How long does it take to get revisions?

We do our best to take care of small revisions as soon as possible to move on to your next project. However, extensive revisions beyond the original request may require additional time and could delay the next task we need to work on with you.

Do you take meetings?

Yes, we do take meetings, but the less time we spend in meetings, the more time we have to design for you. We will be much more efficient handling all correspondence on Trello.

Why should we work with you?

Our service stands out by offering you the expertise of our best designers, each assigned to execute tasks they excel at. Unlike hiring a single senior designer, our approach ensures that you receive tailored expertise for every project. By matching the right designer to your specific needs, we deliver superior results consistently. That's why we are better than a designer.

Do you work on-site?

We only arrange on-site expertise to any desired location to support your project with the EXCLUSIVE package.

Do you handle big projects and productions?

Large-scale projects are common and welcome, depending on our schedule. We can handle pre-production and production alongside trusted partners.

Can you work on multiple task at the same time?

Yes, we do offer the execution of multiple tasks in the Pro and Exclusive packages. Please take into consideration that those seats are limited and might be unavailable. We suggest you communicate with us as soon as possible when you anticipate a task overload to check seat availability.

What is the difference between a complex design and a simple design task?

The distinction between complex design and simple design lies in the intricacy, detail, and effort required to create and execute the design. If your company operates in the industrial, military, or film industries, your tasks will most likely be related to complex design

Do you offer refunds?

No, however, you can manage your subscription on a monthly basis when there's no longer a need.
